Zlín Precision has introduced and certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standard already since 2003. In 2007/2008, we achieved compliance with the requirements of ISO TS 16949 and 14001 standards in the field of quality management; this compliance is verified regularly through customer audits.

Our products are subjected to the specified inspections already from material reception up to final shipment of the completed products. Checking outputs are recorded and analyzed. We are equipped with the latest measuring instruments to monitor dimensions and assess stability of production processes. |

Within the framework of continuous improvement, we have decided to start implementation of 5S standards in production with the aim to implement these standards within the complete company. |
