Structure and history
Zlín Precision s.r.o. is a part of an international group consisting of 4 companies:
- Parent company Accomplast GmbH based in Germany
- Two subsidiary companies based in the Czech Republic: Zlín Precision s.r.o. and HPQ Plast s.r.o.
- Company PPA Ltd. based in Ukraine
History – milestones:
1991 – Establishing of the parent company Andreas Quellmalz
1998 – Establishing of the company HPQ Plast
2001 – Establishing of the company Zlín-Precision
2002 – Start of lot production
2003 – Certification according to ISO 9001
2005 – Move of Zlín Precision in newly constructed plant in Zlín
2006 – Introduction of the vacuum metal plating technology
2007 – Implementation of ISO TS 16949 standards
– Establishing of the company PPA in Ukraine
2008 – Start of implementation of 5S standards in production and certification of
QMS according to ISO TS 16949 and EMS according to ISO 14001
2011 - Building of the third hall - extensionof storage area by 600 m2
2013 - company A. Quellmalz GmbHrenamed to Accomplast GmbH
2013 - ISO/TS 16949 certification
